About PMA CRM Dealership Software

PMA is a composed of multi – module software which can be customised to the clients’ requirements.

PMA is cloud based which means no program needs to be installed on yourcomputer. This gives you full access to your dealerships results on any computer any where in the world any time.

PMA CRM Module.

The CRM module in the new PMA takes ownership of the whole showroom, managing the interaction with the customers, clients and sales prospects.  PMA’s goal is to help companies find, attract and win new clients, retain and nurture exisiting clientele and help reduce the costs of marketing and client services.

Tools and workflows can be very complex in any business whether small or large, previously these tools were generally limited to simple solutions. PMA took charge and expanded these solutions to facilitate deal tracking with a full RTS ( Road to Sale ). We provide  a monitoring and reporting tool offering general reports or those at a more granular level. These reports will provide assistance in training individual steps in the RTS.

PMA authorisation can be limited to an individual/department by management to retain control over which person(s) can edit contacts, remove reports or view sales figures etc.

One major challenge a CRM software solution faces is producing viable financial profits, PMA can prove a real increase in productivity and efficiency which ultimately converts in a better Sales Closing Ratio, creating higher profits.

PMA in action – By implementing PMA  a Queensland Car Dealership was studied.  They reported a 16% p.m increase in the Walk In and Be Back SCR ( Sales Closing Ratio ). This converted in 24 extra sales p.m resulting in higher profits.

PMA makes it a priority to protect data privacy and security, most security breaches are the result of user-error such as unintentionally downloading and executing a computer virus. In this event the computer acted as it should identifying a file and then following the user interaction to execute the file, exposing the computer and the network to a harmful viruses. To avoid the above security breaches PMA’s software solution was moved to cloud based storage and each individual customer has its own secure server, hosted in an Australian data centre with the following features:

  • Tire 3 Data Centre with and availability of 99.98%
  • Multi Gigabit divers Fibre Path including building leads in
  • Cisco Powered Diverse Switching fabric for redundant network connectivity
  • Power – Dual Bus N+N Modular UPS with integrated 500KVA Generator
  • Up to 6kW power per rack
  • Cooling – N+1 Carrier Grade Air Con units with hot/cold aisle containment
  • Gas Fire Suppression System (DC-1)
  • Security – Video monitored 24×7 restricted access

Some of the PMA Features:

Sales force automation ( SFA )

Sales force automation (SFA) involves using the PMA software to streamline all phases of the RTS process, minimizing the time that sales representatives need to spend on each phase.

This allows a business to use the sales representatives time more efficiently to manage their clients. At the centre of SFA is the tracking and recording of all stages in the sales process for each prospective client, from initial contact to final disposition. PMA also includes tools to manage the opportunities, territories, sales forecasts and full workflow automation.

Customer service and support

PMA recognizes that customer service and support is an important factor in attracting and retaining customers. PMA provides the business with the ability to create, assign and manage requests made by the customer through the RTS tools provided to the sales representative.

Appointment

PMA creates and schedules appointments with customers through a easy and central management console.

Once the appointment been scheduled a report can be generated for each individual salesperson to remind them which days and times that their appointment was set.

Analytics

By analysing the RTS and evaluating “buy signals,” managers can see which prospects are most likely to transact and also identify those who are bogged down in a sales process and need assistance.

PMA can custom build reports to dealer needs and requirements.

These types of analytic reports are increasing in popularity as dealerships demand greater visibility into the performance of their marketing campaigns ,call centers and other service and support channels. This enabling them to correct problems before they affect satisfaction levels.

Using the PMA live Pulse reports the managers can measure and analyse response times, service quality, salesperson performance, and the various KPI in the RTS.

Marketing

The PMA CRM systems for marketing help the dealers identify and target potential clients and generate leads for the sales team. A key marketing capability is tracking and measuring multichannel campaigns, including email, search, social media, telephone and direct mail. Metrics monitored responses, leads, deals, and revenue. Alternatively, Prospect Relationship Management (PRM) solutions offer to track customer behaviour and nurture them from first contact to sale by applying the same RTS to every customer every time.

Manufactures Integration

Manufacturer’s integration is a key point as PMA can generate specific report with showroom traffic and deliver them on a automated basis.
